Haiti and World Earth Day
“Latè ap pale avèn, koutel” (The earth speaks to us, we must listen to it) is the theme chosen by the Ministry of Environment, April 22 to celebrate the World Earth Day. Among the activities planned for this event, in addition to a march organized with departure at Ministry to the Champ de Mars, Morne Garnier, in Canapé-Vert will be reforested in order to make a botanical garden.
Protection agreement of Historical Park North
Friday, April 12 was marked by the signing of an agreement between the Association Tourism Haiti (ATH), “Tourism Cares” and the “Clinton Foundation” founding members with the support of Ministry of Tourism of Northern Haiti Tourism Coalition for the protection of Historical Park North.
